At New Jersey Brain and Spine (NJBS), our mission has always been clear: provide exceptional, patient-centered neurosurgical care while investing in the future of medicine. To support the next generation of healthcare professionals, we are proud to offer the annual NJBS Healthcare Scholarship. The NJBS Healthcare Scholarship is a $2,000 award created to recognize and support students who are passionate about pursuing a career in healthcare. Whether your path is medicine, nursing, neuroscience, psychology, or another healthcare-related field, we want to honor your dedication to improving the lives of patients and shaping the future of care. Qualifications: High school seniors or current undergraduate students, Residents or students of New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania, Intending to pursue a degree in a healthcare-related field Selection criteria: Applications will be reviewed by a committee of NJBS physicians and administrators. Essays will be evaluated based on relevance to the prompt, originality, commitment to a healthcare career, and clarity of writing. The recipient will be selected based on overall strength of application and alignment with NJBS's mission of advancing healthcare through exceptional patient care.
