Recipients are selected quarterly. Applications remain eligible for selection until graduation or completion of your training program. Deadlines: March 31, June 30, September 30, & December 31 Qualifications: For individuals of all backgrounds and in any U.S. state who are pursuing training for construction-related fields that do not require a four-year degree (carpentry, construction management, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
