A scholarship program honoring the bicentennial of Frederick Douglass's birth, established in 2018 and administered by UNCF through academic year 2038-39. Two $10,000 scholarships are awarded annually to exceptional HBCU seniors who demonstrate high academic achievement, strong leadership skills, commitment to community service, and unmet financial need.
