Option for non-Level-1 APS recipients to upgrade their award level by taking required credits and achieving a 3.0 or 3.5 GPA during terms they receive an APS disbursement. Eligibility: Must receive an APS disbursement and take required credits to achieve a 3.0 or 3.5 GPA; not taking required credits resets terms that count towards Step-Up
