To provide incentive, honor and financial assistance for outstanding graduate students in school administration intending to make school super intendancy a career. Qualifications: Applicants must be recommended by the chair of the school of education in which the applicants is currently enrolled; only one application may be submitted from each college or university campus. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected based on academic performance. How to apply: Applicants must be submit completed application form available on the website; three essay responses to career-specific questions; one letter of recommendation from the chair/dean of the school of education; two letters of endorsement; one from an officer of the school system in which applicants are employed or from a department member of the college/university applicants attend (max 400 words); one from a leading citizen of the community in which applicants have spent the major part of applicants professional career (max 400 words).
