To assist Alpha Phi Sigma students in their educational pursuits leadership and hard work in the field of Criminal Justice. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program at the time of award; applicants may need to produce current proof of enrollment in a program the semester the scholarship is awarded; applicants are not eligible to receive the same scholarship two years in succession. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on academic achievement, professional recommendations, and extracurricular activities. How to apply: Applications must be submit online; describe applicants perception of Alpha Phi Sigma and what direction applicants would like to see the Honor Society take in the future, in approximately 5-7 pages; submit an additional 2 pages, a copy of applicants most recent transcript signed by applicants chapter advisor; 3 letters of recommendations, preferably from faculty; all submissions must be in 12pt Times New Roman font, double spaced, and one inch margins.
