To support full-time graduate students in a program leading to an advanced degree in nuclear science, nuclear engineering, or a nuclear-related field. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate students at colleges or universities in the United States pursuing degrees in nuclear engineering or nuclear science; must be ANS student members. Selection criteria: Selection committee will be established by the Materials Science and Technology Division. How to apply: Application is available online. Applicant should be prepared to enter or upload the following: name, email address, and phone number of the department chair at university; current transcript; name, email address, and phone number of faculty advisor; contact information for two references who can speak to the applicant's qualifications; list of academic and ANS-related groups in which applicant has participated and any corresponding leadership positions; list of honors and awards received by applicant; employment history; and a 500-word personal statement. Focus: Nuclear science.
