To provide financial support to undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in occupational safety and health or a closely related field. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled in an OSH-related degree program and taking courses, with at least three credit hours in progress; may be earning an associate's, bachelor's, master's degree, or be enrolled in a doctorate program; ASSP membership is not required but preferred, and in most cases, ASSP members will receive priority. Selection criteria: Selection of applicants will be based on academic performance, leadership activity, motivation for entering the filed and letter of recommendation. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; following items: transcript(s): a transcript is required for every level of education applicants have received, as well as a current transcript showing applicants current academic status; enrolled in a graduate or doctorate program, applicants will need to include applicants undergraduate transcript that reflects applicants undergraduate GPA and graduation status; letter(s) of recommendation: at least one current letter of recommendation is required; do not submit letters that are not current. Focus: Occupational safety and health.
