To assist graduate students continue pursuing their passion for water as they work toward the consulting engineering profession. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate and graduate studies in water research, engineering, finance, IT, legal, communications and policy; must be pursuing a degree at an institution of higher education located in the U.S., Canada, Guam, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Korea, India, Jordan or Peru.
