To teach students about the first amendment and assist with the cost of education. Qualifications: Applicants must reside in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, or Wisconsin at the time of submission; employees of ADL, their boards of directors and their immediate family members are not eligible. Selection criteria: Judging will be based on content, clarity, creativity, originality, conciseness, organization, and correct spelling and grammar appropriate to entrant’s grade level.
