To provide financial assistance to students who have the license for post-secondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be active amateur radio license class; all applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; active foreign amateur radio operators are eligible for the ARDC scholarships; GPA: 2.0+; must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year; citizenship: united states and all other countries; grade level: H.S. senior, undergrad, graduate. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; transcripts and any additional required documents must be submitted WITH the application and not emailed separately; a number of scholarships require additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation from a sitting Officer of an ARRL-affiliated club; transcripts must cover applicants entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded. Focus: Radio and television.
