To support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing college degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operator who resides in the ARRL rocky mountain division (CO, NM, UT or WY); mut be a graduating senior or an undergraduate college student attending an accredited college or university in the United States; must have a minimum 2.0 GPA; must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Selection criteria: ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants for eligibility and make selections.
