To support licensed amateur radio operators from Georgia who are pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operator; must be a resident of the state of Georgia; must be between 17 and 25 years old at the time of the award; must be attending an accredited four-year college or university as an undergraduate or graduate student. Selection criteria: ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants for eligibility and make selections. Preference is given to students performing at a high academic level.
