To provide financial support to students who are holding a license for post-secondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; active foreign amateur radio operators are eligible for the ARDC scholarships; GPA: 2.0+; must be holding an amateur radio license; grade level: H.S. senior, undergrad, graduate; license requirement: technician class or higher; region: residence in AZ; field of study: cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher; graduating high school students will be considered before current college students; citizenship: United States and all other countries; must institution: any. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; transcripts and any additional required documents; a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club; if their are currently in high school their are required copy of the FAFSA (if available); transcripts must cover their entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded. Focus: Radio and television.
