To support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing postsecondary education in engineering. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; must GPA: 2.0+; must citizenship: United States and all other Countries; must grade level: H.S. senior, undergrad, graduate; must field of study: engineering; must region: any; must be holding an amateur radio license. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; transcripts and any additional required documents; a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club; transcripts must cover applicants entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
