To support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, licensed amateur radio operator; must be enrolled at an accredited postsecondary college or university and pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Business, Science, Math, Engineering, or a Technology-related field; must be a U.S. citizen; all applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; Active foreign amateur radio operators are eligible for the ARDC Scholarships; GPA: 2.0+; Must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year; Grade Level: H.S. Senior, Undergrad, Graduate; qualified Florida applicant is identified, the scholarship may be awarded to an applicant from the ARRL Southeastern Division (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria; preference will be given to Florida residents. How to apply: Applicants must submit an online application form; transcripts and any additional required documents must be submitted with the application and not emailed separately; some scholarships require additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club; transcripts must cover the applicant’s entire high school career to date and, if the applicant is in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
