To support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing postsecondary education in STEM fields. Qualifications: Applicants must be a citizen of the United States but without regard to gender, race, national origin, handicap status or any other factor; must hold a current general class license for at least two years or more before application submission, or hold a current amateur extra class license; science, Technology, Engineering or Maths Institution: any fully accredited 4-year US college or university or graduate school thereof; and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a 4.0 scale; all applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; active foreign amateur radio operators are eligible for the ARDC scholarships. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; transcripts and any additional required documents must be submitted with the application and not emailed separately; a number of scholarships require additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club.
