Qualifications: Applicant must have completed high school and be enrolled in a College, CEGEP, or University program in the year the award is made; must attend school on a full-time basis. Selection criteria: Selection of the winner is made by a committee of respected industry representatives chosen by the CRCA who will evaluate academic achievement, need, personality, accomplishments, and leadership qualities.
