To recognize demonstrate leadership ability or leadership potential and a commitment to professional growth. Qualifications: Applicants must be an AZA individual member and employed by an AZA-accredited or certified related facility; individual members working at AZA facilities in any country are welcome to apply; applicants may only submit one (1) AZA scholarship application per year; An individual cannot be awarded the same scholarship more than once. An individual is not eligible to receive an AZA scholarship more frequently than every three years. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on AZA professional development committee. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online nomination form; two (2) recommendations; resume; the article should be 500-700 words and relate to the recipient's leadership experience and journey. Focus: Leadership, Institutional and community; Zoology.
