To provide an high school seniors who have a financial need and have demonstrated scholastic achievement, and a dedication to community service. Qualifications: Applicants must be high schools below can attend any regionally accredited College or University; applicants must have minimum 2.5 cumulative gpa; must demonstrate financial need; must be graduating HS senior or current college student; must attending or planning to attend eligible HS/college; must be legal U.S. resident; must pursuing undergraduate degree or diploma. Selection criteria: Application will be personally evaluated by five different reviewers: assigns the application a numerical score.
