Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of Rock Ridge High School and reside within the former Eveleth-Gilbert school district boundaries; must demonstrate financial need, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and plan to attend a two- or four-year college or technical school immediately following graduation.
