To help children of current and former members of the Duluth-based 148th Minnesota Air National Guard Fighter Wing. Qualifications: Applicants must be children of current or former 148th fighter Wing personnel; may be used for public or private postsecondary education, including colleges, universities, community colleges, and technical schools; must have demonstrate financial need and have a GPA of 2.75 or higher; must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school meet criteria related to academic interests, school, or community involvement.
