To assist students and apprentices pursue careers in the local construction industry. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of any high school within the DSACF service area and be pursuing either a four-year course of study in building and construction, engineering, architecture, or construction management, or a two-year course of study in the building and construction industry, must also demonstrate financial need.
