To provide for students who have engaged in community service and are likely to do so in the future. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of Duluth Denfeld, Duluth East, Harbor City International, Marshall School, Adult Learning Center, or Lakeview Christian Academy; must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate community involvement or volunteer experience; must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school meet criteria related to academic interests, school, or community involvement.
