To support local nontraditional students who seek to overcome adversity through education. Qualifications: Applicants should be non-traditional students who live in southern St. Louis, Carlton or Douglas Counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin. They must have been accepted to Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College, Lake Superior College or the Superior campus of Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College; must pursue an associate's degree and enroll in enough credits to be considered half- or full-time students; they must show financial need and be an enrolled participant in a student support services program.
