To support graduates of Duluth public high schools who are pursuing college degrees in elementary or secondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduates of Duluth Denfeld or Duluth East high school, must demonstrate financial need and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher, the field of study must be in elementary or secondary education, and applicants should have participated in extracurricular activities, community involvement, or employment; must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school meet criteria related to academic interests, school, or community involvement.
