Qualifications: Applicants must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school; must be graduate of: two Harbors high school preferred, Duluth Denfeld, Duluth East, Marshall School, Harbor City; International School, Lakeview Christian; Demonstrate Financial Need; GPA: 3.0 or higher; Demonstrate strong academic performance.
