To support and acknowledge the overall best submission by a graduate student. Qualifications: Applicant must be student member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) in good standing for the current academic year; must be a graduate student enrolled full-time in an accredited Canadian planning program (accredited by PSB or OUQ) during the term of the awarding of the scholarship. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on best overall submission from a graduate student. How to apply: Applicant must submit a completed application form, a 500-word biography outlining the applicant's studies and personal interests, current resume, bibliography and sources for the project submitted for consideration, and additional documents as specified. Focus: Engineering, Civil; Urban affairs/design/planning.
