To support Cherokee Nation students pursuing postsecondary education who have a desire to give back to the Cherokee Nation. Qualifications: Applicant must be a citizen of the Cherokee Nation; must be a current, full-time student at a two- or four-year higher education institution, or a graduating high school senior accepted to a two- or four-year higher education institution; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must exemplify leadership qualities and an interest and desire to give back to the Cherokee people. How to apply: Applicant must complete and submit the CNF scholarship application with all requirements and then complete the acceptance process through the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma online scholarship portal and provide an updated transcript, proof of enrollment for the upcoming fall semester, and a signed acceptance agreement.
