To provide support to Cherokee Nation students pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a citizen of the Cherokee Nation; must be pursuing postsecondary education; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must complete a 10-week paid internship with Cherokee Phoenix the summer after receiving the scholarship. How to apply: Applicant must complete and submit the CNF scholarship application with all requirements and then complete the acceptance process through the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma online scholarship portal and provide an updated transcript, proof of enrollment for the upcoming fall semester, and a signed acceptance agreement.
