To support Cherokee Nation graduate students pursuing degrees in counseling. Qualifications: Applicant must be a citizen of the Cherokee Nation; must be a graduate student majoring in psychology or counseling psychology who has the intent of becoming a licensed professional counselor or licensed drug and alcohol counselor; must be attending an Oklahoma university of the student’s choice that has a counseling program; must have a 3.0 GPA. How to apply: Applicant must complete and submit the CNF scholarship application with all requirements and then complete the acceptance process through the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma online scholarship portal and provide an updated transcript, proof of enrollment for the upcoming fall semester, and a signed acceptance agreement. Focus: Counseling/Guidance.
