To support students in the behavioral health fields who plan to be of service to the Cherokee Nation. Qualifications: Applicant must be a full-time student with at least 60 completed credit hours who pursuing a degree in a behavioral health field or a doctoral candidate enrolled in an accredited clinical psychology program; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Undergraduate recipients must demonstrate a likelihood of providing professional services within the Cherokee Nation Reservation; graduate or doctoral recipients must be agreeable to a period of grant payback (equal to the number or scholarship years) in service to the Cherokee Nation upon graduation and successful certification. How to apply: Applicant must complete and submit the CNF scholarship application with all requirements and then complete the acceptance process through the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma online scholarship portal and provide an updated transcript, proof of enrollment for the upcoming fall semester, and a signed acceptance agreement.
