Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; (background questions, 250-500 word essay, two recommendation letters, copy of DD214); official transcripts (from high school, college, or university) sealed or provided directly by the school. Focus: Heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
