Qualifications: Applicants must have graduated from a public or private high school in Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry or Lee counties in Florida; must be currently enrolled or planning to attend a Florida state college, community college, or technical school; must have a physical disability and use a wheelchair; must demonstrate financial need.
