Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry or Lee County; be either a high school senior, graduate of a local high school, college undergraduate, or college graduate student pursuing a post-secondary education. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria.
