To assist high school or undergraduate/graduate students planning to study at a 4-year accredited college in the area of communications or journalism. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry or Lee County; be either a high school senior, graduate of a local high school, college undergraduate, or college graduate student pursuing a post-secondary education. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; most up-to-date transcript - official or unofficial; this could be a letter from a teacher, a coach, a mentor, someone from applicants faith community, a boss, someone who applicants have volunteered with, etc.; high school transcript: main application will require applicants to upload applicants most recent transcript.
