To assist eligible high school seniors to further their education by attending college. Qualifications: Applicant must be a Cape Coral resident and U.S. citizen; must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 (unweighted); must be accepted to at least one accredited junior college, college, or university; must be a graduating senior of any Lee County High School, including homeschooled graduating seniors; no immediate family may be a member of Rotary; active involvement in the school and community.
