To assist members or faithful attendees of the New Life Baptist Church in Lake in the Hills who are dedicated to pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be members or faithful attendees of the New Life Baptist Church in Lake in the Hills, who have demonstrated a sincere resolve to succeed in their chosen field of study; high school diploma from a public, private, parochial, or online school; home-schooled high school education; general educational development (GED) certificate or state certificate; must attend an accredited post-secondary institution within the united states of America during the upcoming academic year; pursue studies on a full-time basis during the upcoming academic year; a permanent address located within the community foundation scholarship program service area (a few exceptions apply); the state of Illinois: DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria.
