To support local students pursuing careers in health care and dedicated to caring for their communities. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school seniors who have an interest in pursuing a health career and are dedicated to improving the communities in which they live; must attend or plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the United States during the upcoming academic year on a full-time basis; must maintain a permanent address with the Foundation's service area (Illinois counties of DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicant must complete the application through the online portal. Transcripts, SAT and ACT scores (if available), SAI number from FAFSA (if available) and email address of individuals who will supply recommendations are required. Focus: Health sciences; Medicine.
