To provide scholarships to residents of Montgomery, IL. Qualifications: Applicant must reside within the incorporated area of the Village of Montgomery; must have a high school diploma from a public, private, parochial, or online school, or a GED; must attend or plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the United States during the upcoming academic year on a full-time basis.
