To provide scholarships for students whose parents are involved in the local roofing or construction industry. Qualifications: Applicants must be students whose parents are actively involved in the roofing trade or construction industry; must have a high school diploma from a public, private, parochial, or online school, or a GED; must attend or plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the United States during the upcoming academic year on a full-time basis; must maintain a permanent address with the Foundation's service area (Illinois counties of DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will). Selection criteria: Selection criteria include high scholastic achievement, participation in school activities, and leadership potential. How to apply: Applicant must complete the application through the online portal. Transcripts, SAT and ACT scores (if available), SAI number from FAFSA (if available) and email address of individuals who will supply recommendations are required.
