To provide scholarships to West Aurora High School graduates pursuing careers in elementary or special education. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of West Aurora High School who will be entering the field of elementary or special education; must attend or plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the United States during the upcoming academic year on a full-time basis; must maintain a permanent address with the Foundation's service area (Illinois counties of DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will). How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; grade transcript(s); SAT and ACT Test Scores - if available; student aid Index (SAI) number from a processed free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - if available; email addresses of individuals from whom applicants will request a recommendation.
