To support students attending the Westmoreland County Community College. Qualifications: Applicant must be a resident of Greene County; be a graduating senior or have graduated high school or completed GED, or be an adult learner; have made application and be an accepted student into Westmoreland County community college, 1st preference (any campus), or attend any Pennsylvania Community College, trade, business, or technical school as a full-time student or registered for a minimum of twelve credit hours; have a financial need; apply for financial aid prior to eligibility for scholarship award and must qualify for no more than 3/4 financial aid to be eligible for scholarship; scholarship will be awarded and distributed in the name(s) of designated student(s) to the institution attending. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; applications and all required attachments - transcripts, a copy of FAFSA Submission summary, including the student aid index (SAI); a copy of the official school transcripts, post-secondary acceptance letter(s), and financial aid letter(s); CFGC activities form.
