To provide scholarships to academically successful students from certain high schools in Florida and Illinois. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior attending East Bay, Riverview, or Lennard High School OR from a high school located in one of the following school districts in Illinois: Alwood School District, R.O.W.V.A Community District, or Orion C.U.S.D.; must have demonstrated academic achievement.
