To provide for rural high school seniors who reside within DRN's cooperative service territory. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating high school senior; be a United States citizen; must be accepted by an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school; have at least a C grade point average (GPA); must be express an interest to return to a rural community following graduation; parents or guardians subscribe to DRN services. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the based on the committee's criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form. Focus: Telecommunications systems.
