To support Canadian students pursuing careers in electrical fields. Qualifications: Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents; Applicants must have completed the required number of years at a recognized university or college in Canada; Applicants must have maintained a minimum average as specified; Applicants must be registered in a full-time eligible post-secondary degree or diploma program; Applicants must be enrolled and attending in Fall or Winter Applicants must be pursuing education in a discipline related to the electrical industry; Applicants must have completed their first year of post-secondary education in business or general arts program; Applicants must reside in Ontario or British Columbia. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to those applicants with a connection to an EFC member company and who are pursuing post-secondary education in a discipline which targets a career in the Electrical industry, such as Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technologist, Electrical Technician, Industrial Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Management Operations, Logistics and Information Technology. How to apply: Applicants must submit online nomination form; applicants that submit a 1 to 2 minute video that clearly and succinctly presents a message concerning either their schooling, the electrical industry, or any passion that moves them as an individual.
