To encourage and make it easier for individuals to participate in the NAPABA convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, while maintaining their commitment of service to communities in need. Qualifications: Applicants must be all current law students, graduates awaiting their bar results, and public interest attorneys with financial need are encouraged to apply. Selection criteria: Candidates will be judged on their ability to address the questions presented thoughtfully and concisely, their persuasiveness, and their demonstrated interest in issues affecting the Filipino-American community, Asian Pacific American community and any other underserved community.
