To provide financial assistance to Richmond County, NC, students with demonstrated talent and career interests in the visual arts. Qualifications: Applicants must be plan to attend an accredited two-year or four-year postsecondary institution with a degree program in visual arts; be a high school senior in good academic standing, scheduled to graduate in the spring of the current school year; have an expressed and demonstrated interest in the visual and/or studio arts. This primarily includes, but is not limited to, painting, drawing, sculpture, illustration and ceramics; be a legal resident of Richmond County, NC; must be Undergraduate.
