To improve and enhance the quality of life in the Tri-Cities area by serving as a leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy; to strive for community improvement through strategic grant making in such fields as arts, education, health, environment, youth, social services and other human needs. Qualifications: Applicants must submit an online nomination form; must include a copy of the applicant's high school or college transcript; any additional required documents for specific scholarships, such as recommendation letters; page 1 of the Student Aid Report with the applicant's Expected Family Contribution included on the form. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on financial need, the school the applicant is attending, academic achievement, as well as personal or career goals.
