To improve and enhance the quality of life in the Tri-Cities area by serving as a leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy; to strive for community improvement through strategic grant making in such fields as the arts, education, health, environment, youth, social services and other human needs. Qualifications: Applicants must be only those students residing in Northwest Ottawa county or attending high school within the Grand Haven or Spring Lake School District; must be college students, however, the majority are for graduating high school seniors; must be a permanent resident of the greater Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Ferrysburg, Allendale, or Coopersville area. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria; could include financial need, the school the applicant is attending, academic achievement, as well as personal or career goals. How to apply: Applicants must submit an online nomination form; must include a copy of the applicant's high school or college transcript; any additional required documents for specific scholarships, such as recommendation letters; Page 1 of the Student Aid Report with the applicant’s expected family contribution included on the form.
